Bio of Brad Howard

Bradley S. Howard, the leader of InsuranceOnly's brokerage operation is a 25 year life insurance veteran and one of the nicest gentlemen you will meet. He entered the life insurance industry while still a full time student at The University of Texas. He was "Rookie Of The Year" that first year and has never looked back.

The opportunity to build a brand new kind of sales organization in this new emerging market place lured Brad into the direct marketing brokerage field with InsuranceOnly and Only Financial Group in 2001. Brad has participated in the development of much of the new technology currently employed by Only Financial Group and its agent selling partners who derive success from the online processing of new life insurance sales. 

Brad embraces technology, core principals and teamwork. Regarding agents today Brad had this to say, "It's a different breed of agent today, they're more entrepreneurial and looking for smarter ways to do business. Our managed dialer system is state of the art and enables agents to "squeeze" every ounce of profit out of their lead data. Our systems increase average conversion rates by 30%. That's to the bottom line and so directly impacts the speed to success our our new producers enjoy." 

Brad and his lovely wife, Barbara, reside in Austin, TX with their 3 children.
