Springtime
with Only…
I was struck last week by an
interesting coincidence. We do remind each other around here to keep our voice
mail greetings fresh, friendly and unique but Brad and I did not talk or
coordinate our greetings last week. I was moved when I went to leave him a
message and heard that we both had talked about a similarity between springtime
and what’s going on at Only Financial Group.
It really is a good analogy…
A light exists in spring not present on the year at any other period. The full
deliciousness of the season is enjoyed with a stroll in the soothing sunshine
and soft wind with flowers in bloom.

Million Dollar Agency FOR SALE
How much would you be willing
to pay for an agency that produces one million dollars per year in annual
production? To establish a valuation some businesses use the gross
revenue generated in a year as the business value. Others take the net
profits of the business and multiply that figure by a value somewhere between 5

LeadBoss Q&A
How do I access the Case Management tab in
LeadBoss?
We have split the status options in LeadBoss. We
now have status options that pertain to calling (Call Log statuses), to selling
(Lead statuses), and to case management (Case Management statuses). When a lead
is set to “In Case Management” (which is a Lead status) the tab for “Case
Management” becomes active. You’ll know it’s active because it turns green. A
case manager OR agent can then access the case management tab and enter the
appropriate notes and information.
NOTE: If you change the Lead status to
something OTHER THAN "In Case Management", it will be removed from this status
and this tab will no longer be active. Therefore, only change the Lead status
OUT of "In Case Management" once all case management processes are complete (the
case has been placed, etc.)

to accept leads from many, many states. Any additional state is a good state
to get licensed in. Try Arizona, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Florida, Virginia, Alaska,
Kentucky, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Utah for starters if you
don’t already have those. Work to be
licensed in more than 30 states. I large geographic footprint means more
consistent flow of leads.
